I have been to this El Paso BP for years. It's right off the interstate & easy to get there. However, today I went to buy beer (most of time time that's what I'm purchasing) & the woman looked at my ID and proceeded to tell me my ID wasn't real. Mind you, I've been to this gas station 100+ times and I've never had a problem. This woman was new & apparently does not care about customers or loyal customers for that matter. She did not even care to scan my ID. I politely asked her to call the cops to verify my identity & she proceeded to tell me not to get crappy with her. I called 2 times to speak with a manager & was told "thank you, bye" both times. They have since lost a very loyal customer. I recommend to bypass the BP & go to Casey's, its very nice & the customer service is great!
